Volunteer Surge Support for Crisis Communications including VIRTUAL: Social Media emergency and project Management, Real-time media monitoring of mainstream and social media, Time-sensitive web-based research, Microtasking which includes monitoring and response, vetted volunteer staffing social media responses. Data Collecting, Training spontaneous volunteers in social media emergency management, PHYSICAL: In person Ground Support for Public Internet Cafe and project management for call center support. Virtual or InSitu coordination, training and collaboration for crisismapping and social media exercises including simulating the crowd.
