What is the crisis and geographic region? What is the list of categories to be used to tag reports? What sources should preferably be monitored? Should the reports be translated and if so in which language(s)? Should the map be password protected? If so, should a public one with less information also be provided?How important is the need for the verification of reports? What level of real-time is required for the live map? What is the expected duration of the deployment? What other research tasks are requested (if any)?
